Are the goods insured?
Absolutely, yes.
Eterno India insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products.
Why am I being charged taxes and duty?
Domestic (within India) shipping is complimentary. For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, foreign taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country will be borne by the customer.
Return and refund policy?
At Eterno, each piece is lovingly handcrafted, making every design truly one-of-a-kind. This means that slight variations may occur — from stone shades to handmade detailing — adding to the unique charm of your jewellery.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and transparency, and we encourage you to review all product descriptions, size guides, and readiness status (Ready to Ship or Made to Order) before placing your order.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
As a policy, we do not offer returns.
However, we do allow exchanges and replacements, depending on the situation:
For Ready to Ship Items:
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Only unused items, in original packaging, will be eligible.
- We do not process returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
For Made to Order Items:
- As these are custom-crafted, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item is received in a damaged or incorrect state.
- In such cases, please email us at hello@eternoindia.com with clear photos and your order details within 48 hours of receipt.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
Ready to Ship Items:
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing/shipping and cannot be cancelled.
Made to Order Items:
- These are handcrafted exclusively for you.
- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Beyond this, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
Please write to hello@eternoindia.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
💍 Repairs & Replating
We’re happy to offer repair and replating services for all our jewellery.
Please email us at hello@eternoindia.com with details and photos, and we’ll share an estimate. The customer will bear the cost of repairs and two-way shipping.

- Slight differences in color, texture, or appearance of stones are natural and part of the handmade process.
- We do not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, mishandling, or accidental breakage.
- We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
What is your exchange policy?
Unless the items are received in a damaged or defective condition, we are unable to process an exchange.
To request an exchange, please email clear photos along with your order details to hello@eternoindia.com within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order.
