Are the goods insured?

Absolutely, yes.

Eterno India insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products.

Why am I being charged taxes and duty?

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

Return and refund policy?

Our store policy is NO refunds or returns, though we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied and received different than what you’ve ordered with within 24 hours of receiving them for a new piece, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied with a receipt. 

Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Piercings such as Earrings and Nose pins cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. 

In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer won’t be refunded.

Please note: Once an order is placed and processed through our system, it cannot be canceled. We operate on an immediate processing system to ensure prompt handling and delivery of orders.
We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to orders, but due to our operational processes, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

What is your exchange policy?

Unless the products are damaged or defective , I will not be able to exchange these items. Please send me a photo and request an exchange within 48hrs to 72 hrs of receipt of the item to hello@eternoindia.com
